Reordered my Eara hearing aids because I lost both aids [don’t ask] and since the Eara I had was the best hearing aid I had in sixteen years [first one required hearing specialist and cost $4,000+, was mediocre and followed by 3 different OTC hearing aids [also mediocre] until I bought my initial Eara aids in 2025. It was excellent: comprehensive user guide, responsive telephone and online support for installation, effective set up using a downloaded utility to run hearing tests and then automatically configuring the appropriate settings based on current test results. For me, it was easy to modify the settings manually for varying sound environments.
My replacement Eara will need support because it currently does not connect to Bluetooth but I suspect it may be getting confused by the previous Eara installation but health issues have delayed me contacting support right now.
